Feedback is an essential part of our commitment to continual improvement in our services, staff, facilities and processes.

 

Our clinical staff are encouraged to seek feedback from patients, and we continuously monitor patient feedback through a satisfaction survey undertaken by an independent research specialist.

 

August 2011 patient satisfaction highlights

 

% of patients who rated the quality of the service as 'very good' or 'excellent'

% of patients who rated staff rated as 'very good' or 'excellent'
