The NHS PET/CT Diagnostic Imaging Service is part of a national contract procured by the Department of Health to provide greater access to PET/CT for patients in England.
InHealth provides PET/CT scanning services at 17 locations across five Strategic Health Authorities in the south of England.
Our committment is to outstanding patient care and clinical excellence, with patients being seen within seven days of the referral and reports following two days later.
PET/CT scans now available at Portsmouth’s Queen Alexandra Hospital
InHealth has been appointed by Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust to deliver a comprehensive PET/CT scanning service for Portsmouth and the surrounding area.
This will provide much needed specialist scanning for patients who can now get their scan closer to home instead of travelling long distances.
Clinicians in the surrounding area can refer their patients for scans by using the referral form.
See the clinicians pages for more information on the service.
